It seems the next instalment of the critically acclaimed Batman Arkham series will be released this year, following in the footsteps of thewidely beloved Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. In an unexpected turn of events, Namco RPG Ni No Kuni is the best selling game in the UK at the moment. The Level 5 game with art by Studio Ghibli has beaten out high-profile competition in the form of FIFA 13 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II and is in fact sold out in several stores. This could be an indication that JRPGs are enjoying popularity at the moment, but should be taken with a pinch of salt. The game is one of the only major releases right now and as such has a relatively open field upon which to compete.
