Nintendo Switch OJO

In the next coming months the OJO will become the world’s first micro-projector for the Nintendo Switch. The OJO will launch in Indiegogo on the 24th of October, 2017 and will be in gamers hands by February 2018.

Similar to how you would dock the Nintendo Switch, the OJO when docked produces a high-quality projection up to 150″ (127 cm). The OJO solves the issue gamers-on-the-go experience, when trying to play games on the Switch‘s inbuilt 6.2″ (16 cm) screen and small speakers.

The OJO is designed with portability and sharing in mind. It’s size is only 172mm x 80mm x 70mm. The unit has a four hour battery life before needed to be charged via micro-USB. OJO has the capability of acting as a power-block and charging the Switch through UBS-C. Utilizing the latest projection technology from Texas Instruments it projectins images in high-quality HD at 200 lumens on any surface.

The the new device is packed with the latest technology. From Texas Instruments it can project images on any surface at 200 lumens. It also comes equipped with a 2nd generation Texas Instrument DLP DMD chip and a PD fast charging protocol for a 3.7v Lithium 20400 mAh capacity battery.

The audio from the OJO provides a rich quality sound by a bass-effect dual speaker stereo system. The unit can also be connected to an external speaker system via an auxiliary port and cable.

Although the OJO was intended for the Nintendo Switch, it can still perform as a standalone projector for a multitude of other devices. The OJO comes standard with one HDMI port so that other devices such as laptops and mobile devices can also be connected to the unit.

In just a short time the Nintendo Switch has become a worldwide success. The Switch’s innovation has brought the gaming experience that is on-the-go. The OJO aims to make the experience reach a broader audience, especially to multiplayers on-the-go.
